The aim of the KBH PLP, is to provide individual, personalised learning for any student who requires learning support.

The KBH PLP provides:

1) An ESL Curriculum for students new to English with stages that the students will pass through with clear and set objectives, adapted from the WIDA English Language Development Standards Framework, 2020. See here for details of the KBH ESL Programme:KBH ESL Programme

 2) Continued customised support for children who require additional assistance in areas such as reading, mathematics or Mandarin support.

Class teachers will lead the support with qualified Teacher Assistants supporting the programme during school hours either during the lesson in class, or withdrawn from lessons in small learning clusters with students who may be at a similar level.

The PLP fees are competitively priced to ensure that the learning support is attractive financially to families whose child may require it. The PLP support sessions will start at $40 an hour plus GST. This will keep it in line with KBH's commitment to provide quality, competitively priced education to all our families. One on one support is also available but will be subject to customised charges.
